How to Reset Shark Robot Vacuum (All Models)

When Should You Reset a Shark Robot?

Reset your robot if:

• It won’t connect to WiFi
• It shows offline in app
• It won’t start cleaning
• It freezes mid-cycle
• It fails firmware update

Resetting clears temporary firmware glitches and network pairing data.

Soft Reset (Power Cycle)

Use for minor glitches:

1. Turn robot OFF
2. Remove from dock
3. Wait 60 seconds
4. Turn back ON

Factory Reset (Full Network Reset)

For models including RV754:

1. Power ON
2. Press and hold Dock + Clean for 10–15 seconds
3. Wait for flashing light/beep
4. Power OFF
5. Wait 60 seconds
6. Power ON and reconnect in app

This erases WiFi credentials and pairing data.

After Reset — What To Do

• Ensure phone is on 2.4GHz WiFi
• Reinstall Shark Clean app if needed
• Follow pairing process again
